Terms of Service

By accessing this website or placing an order with Lifeng Stone ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients, including wholesalers, contractors, and designers.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Quotation: All prices are quoted in USD (unless otherwise agreed) and are valid for 30 days due to fluctuating raw material costs and exchange rates.

Custom Fabrication: For custom countertops, vanity tops, or cut-to-size projects, the client must provide accurate dimensions and drawings. Lifeng Stone is not responsible for discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

Confirmation: Production begins only after the client has confirmed the Proforma Invoice (PI) and shop drawings (if applicable), and the deposit has been received.

• Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% of the total order value is required to initiate production.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to shipment (FOB terms) or against the copy of the Bill of Lading (CIF/CFR terms), depending on the agreed contract.
• Methods: We accept payments via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight for qualified orders.

Origin: All products are shipped from our factory in Shuitou Town, Fujian Province, China.

Lead Time: Estimated production times are provided at the time of order (typically 15-25 days for standard containers). Shipping transit times vary by destination port.

Risk of Loss: For FOB orders, risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods cross the ship's rail at the port of loading. We strongly recommend purchasing marine insurance.

Packaging: We use strong, fumigated wooden crates for export to ensure the safety of stone slabs and tiles during transit.

Inspection: Clients are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the container.

Evidence: Claims for breakage or quality issues must be supported by clear photos or videos of the crates and materials in their original packaging.

Resolution: If the defect is proven to be a manufacturing fault, Lifeng Stone will replace the damaged material or provide a refund/credit for the value of the damaged goods. We are not responsible for installation costs.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising shall be settled through friendly negotiation or, failing that, in the jurisdiction of Quanzhou City courts.
